Planet Fitness at 204 Sausalito Boulevard, Casselberry, Florida.

I know they needed new equipment here but I can't stand these new elliptical machines theyre awful. I had no problem being on a 6 or 7 level of resistance on the old machines. These new machines I can hardly work out properly on level 1. There is too much resistance on them for something that is supposed to be low impact on the knees.
I thought maybe I found a bad one but I have tried about 6 there.
They do not even align correctly with the handles and im not a short person. This change alone has made me want to cancel my membership. I have been coming here for a while now.
Has anyone on the staff tested these out ?
Maybe they were assembled wrong with the resistance level? Elliptical resistance shouldn't be that intense at level 1.
